| Hon. Robin Feder |
| Robin E. Feder was appointed as an Immigration Judge in November 2006. She received bachelor of arts degrees in Spanish and French from the University of Illinois and a juris doctorate from George Washington University. Judge Feder also studied at Universidad Ibero-Americana, Mexico City, Mexico; Universidad de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain; and the Sorbonne, Paris, France. Judge Feder was an assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Rhode Island, serving as the Chief of the Civil Division Judge Feder also served as an Assistant Attorney General and as Chief of the Civil Division at the Department of Attorney General, State of Rhode Island. Prior to her public sector career, she was in private practice in both Providence, R.I., and Chicago. She is a Past President of the Rhode Island Chapter of the Federal Bar Assocation and a member of the Rhode Island and Illinois bars. |

| Sally Kinoshita |
| Sally Kinoshita, Deputy Director, joined the ILRC as a Staff Attorney in 2001. In her capacity as Deputy Director, Sally helps lead a number of ILRC collaborative and capacity-building projects and oversees the organization’s marketing and communications development. Sally also brings to the ILRC her expertise on immigration relief for abused immigrant women and children as the author or co-author of a number of ILRC publications, including The VAWA Manual: Immigration Relief for Abused Immigrants; The U Visa: Obtaining Status for Immigrant Victims of Crime; Immigration Benchbook for Juvenile and Family Courts; and Living in the United States: A Guide for Immigrant Youth, and by serving as a trainer to judges, attorneys, accredited representatives, social workers, domestic violence service providers and others. Prior to joining the ILRC, Sally worked extensively with the Southeast Asian immigrant community as a Staff Attorney at the Asian Law Caucus and as a founder of the Southeast Asian Task Force. She is conversant in Spanish. |

| Margaret McCormick |
| Margaret H. "Peggy" McCormick is a principal in the firm of Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C., and has been practicing exclusively in the field of immigration law for over thirty years. She is the past national President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1997-98). She is also past President of the American Immigration Law Foundation, now the American Immigration Council and during her four year tenure (1999-2003), the Immigration Policy Center was established under her leadership. She currently serves the Federal Bar Association as second-Vice President of the Chicago Chapter and is national Board member of the Immigration Law Section. Since 1986, Ms. McCormick has been an adjunct professor at Loyola University School of Law, where, every year, she teaches a survey class on immigration law and a seminar on Workplace Enforcement & Immigration. Ms. McCormick has written extensively and has spoken on a wide variety of immigration issues. She is included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and has held the Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV (very high to preeminent) for many years. She has been listed in Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America since 1992, she has been named Illinois SuperLawyer since 2005 (top 5% of lawyers chosen by peers through independent research). She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Leading Lawyers Network of (top 1% of lawyers in Illinois and has been named one of the top 50 Women Business Lawyers in the state of Illinois. She holds her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law (1977) and her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago (Mundelein College, 1973). |

| Elizabeth (Betty) Stevens is an Assistant Director in the District Court Section of the Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation. Ms. Stevens received her undergraduate degree in the Arabic Languages from Georgetown University, and absorbed immigration law through her various stints at U.S. Embassy consular sections, the Passport Office, private immigration law firms, the Arlington Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and a district court clerkship before joining OIL in July 2003. She joined the ILS Board in 2010. |

| David Ware graduated from Yale University in 1977, receiving his B.A. in Latin American Studies, summa cum laude. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Texas in 1981. He has practiced exclusively in the area of immigration and nationality law since 1982. Mr. Ware is active in AILA and the National Association of Foreign Student Affairs: Association of International Educators. He has held an AV rating in Martindale Hubbell for many years, and was recently elected to Who’s Who International’s Top Corporate Immigration Attorneys, who number fewer than 300 in the US. He has repeatedly been selected by New Orleans magazine as among the best immigration attorneys, and City Business magazine named him as one of the 50 top attorneys in Louisiana. Frequently honored, he most recently has received NAFSA Region III’s Outstanding Service Award, and TESOL’s Advocate of the Year Award. Mr. Ware is a frequent speaker and author on immigration topics throughout the U.S. and abroad, including several AILA publications and BusinessWeek online. He formerly taught immigration law at Southern University and Loyola University Schools of Law. |
